Folk is a James Beard Award-nominated cafe, retail shop, and local community hub with its first location in the historic Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. Founded by the Aussie chef, Rohani Foulkes, and inspired by her hometown sundry places, she wanted to create a comfy, high-quality food and drink spot that supports local and minority retail and artists first.
