To ensure an equitable distribution of wages to all staff we include a customary 18% hospitality charge to all bills. 

What does this mean exactly?  

It means that when you dine at Folk, tips are not expected. However, by accepting the hospitality charge you are supporting a living wage—for all staff, everyday and at all times. We pride ourselves on employing a team of highly skilled individuals who are knowledgeable in their craft and provide excellent customer service.  

If you believe your server has exceeded your expectations—great! Servers respectfully accept cash gratuity only.
